Dog Walking*

Available Between 8 am - 6 pm.

30-minutes: $30

45-minutes: $35

60-minutes: $40

Each Additional Dog: Plus $5/walk

  • Yes, you can schedule 7 days a week or on occasion.

  • No, we take the dog(s) in your household on a walk around your neighborhood.

    We do not do pack/group walking as we prefer to have focused attention on your dog(s).

  • Our Super Friends are experts at determining when it’s too hot for your specific dogs’ needs and will act accordingly. They will pivot to a potty break and indoor play time with plenty of water refills. This includes doing fun, mental training exercises which is very tiring for your dog!

  • We are not certified trainers, but do use positive reinforcement to ensure a calm walk.

    We are happy to keep up the training you are doing if you let us know!

    For Pets: Feeding, water refills, oral medication administration, potty breaks, litter box/poop scooping, play time, positive reinforcement, and lots of cuddles!

    For the House: Bringing in packages, mail/newspaper retrieval, putting out/bringing in trashcans, watering plants, and turning on/off lights.

    We believe pet care should be all-inclusive. The above are included in all appointments at no additional cost to you.

  • Yes, you can request as many as you’d like! We like to keep your routine so your pets are most comfortable when you’re away.

    If you’re going on vacation, we encourage at least 1 visit/day for cats and 2 visits/day for dogs.

  • Yes! If you’d like to ensure a Super Friend will be at the house during the daytime (outside of the 7 pm - 7 am Overnight Pet Sitting), you can schedule midday Pet Visits between 8 am-6 pm at their appropriate rates (listed above).

  • While we guarantee that our Super Friends be at the house during those hours, they may decide to come a little early and stay a little late.

    If you are looking to have someone there midday, we highly suggest you schedule an additional midday Pet Visit to guarantee they will be there.

We keep it simple.

All services are charged through our mobile app, Scout for Pet Owners. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed automatically the Tuesday after services were completed. You don’t have to lift a finger.

Other Services & Fees

Meet Your Sitter

$15

You may request to meet your assigned Super Friend. This is not required. The initial Meet and Greet with the CEO is free.

Key Pick-up/Return

$10

If you would like Superpet Services to return your keys or pick up additional keys, this fee applies. The proper time to deliver keys is during the initial Meet and Greet at no cost.

Late Cancellation

100%

Of the primary service rate (excluding additional pet fees) if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time.

Holidays

$10/appt.

We are available for all services during the holidays. This fee applies to all major holidays.

Last-Minute Scheduling

$10/appt.

If you schedule within 72 hours of the appointment start time.

Lockout Service

$50

In the event you get locked out of your house, we can use our backup keys to let you in.
